LinkBack is a bookmarking application that lets you save, organize, and share links from across the web. Our service includes features such as:

You represent and warrant that:

• Your Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• You will review your privacy settings before making links or accounts public.

We do not claim ownership of the web pages you bookmark. Links to third-party sites remain subject to those sites' own terms and policies.

You agree not to use LinkBack to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Save, share, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• Upload malware, spam, or content designed to disrupt or damage the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to LinkBack, other accounts, or our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without our permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of LinkBack.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

LinkBack provides privacy controls at both the link and account level. Private links and private accounts are not visible to other users or the public unless you change those settings.

When you choose to share links or make content public, you are responsible for ensuring that shared content is appropriate for its audience. Once content is shared publicly or through third-party platforms, we cannot guarantee it can be fully removed from those channels.

LinkBack and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without our prior written permission.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit about LinkBack may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

LinkBack may integrate with or link to third-party websites and services, including social networks for sharing. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

You may stop using LinkBack and delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to LinkBack if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use LinkBack ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

LinkBack is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved links will remain accessible at their original URLs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkBack and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to LinkBack will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkBack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of LinkBack after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LinkBack will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
